Thank you for your texts. We have read them, Danny's idea was fine. We have done a mind map to sort out ours and your ideas. Is it okay?
We would like a story with little dialog and much action and a story teller keeping the track on the events.
We have eight main scenes. Each scene has four sub branches. Nr 1/A is short dialog. Nr 2/B is sound effects. Nr 3/C is location. Nr 4/D is story teller. We haven’t started with nr. 4 yet. Can you help us?

About the narrator and….
We agree to you that the film scenes and the sound effects are the most important parts in this production. The idea with a narrator giving a short introduction is good; it will keep the story together and then explain the events as the scenes take place.
We have prepared the recording of the story, but as time are limited, we are thinking of taking a short cut. We record the film scenes from the preparations we have done until now, and then set the final narration as we know how the scenes actually come out. If weather is all right we do it next Wednesday. Is this okay?

The Story of "Oisin In Tir na n-Og"
A Legend set in Pre-Christian Ireland, it concerns the story of a famous Irish warrior named Oisin who travelled to Tir na nOg, the land where no one grows old. However,his longing to return home to once more see his family and friends leads to his downfall and milestones the total overturning of Pre-Christian life in Ireland
Shane's Idea:
I was in the Danish army when we tried to take over Sweden. Our General put me in the middle row.When we were in Sweden we first saw the Swedish army. My friend passed some smart comment about the army. During our attack we were winning but my friend got killed. Then the mountain opened and a troop of knights came out. I could not believe my eyes. Never before did I see a sight such as this. The knights turned the fight around and we got defeated.I was lucky to surive but how will I tell the General.I fear for my life. Now I am beginning to wonder why our country invaded Sweden in the first place. Nobody told us that we would meet a supernatural force. We should have stayed at home. What will come out of that mountain the next time???? I shudder to think!!! But who will listen to me?? I am just a foot soldier!!
Danny's Idea:
I am one of the white knights who came out of Mt Alleberg to help to defend the Swedish army and to help beat off the Danish army. When the mountain opened the Danes got an awful shock. They panicked.They were not able to fight us.They turned and fled. I never saw such a frightened army in my life.I would say they will think again about planning another invasion but you never know?????????? You can never be sure. When the battle was over the mountain opened and we went back into Mt. Alleberg. If the Swedish army ever get into trouble again the white knights and I will come out of the mountain and help them. We defeated them before and we shall defeat them again. But for now we shall stay in Mt Alleberg. Remember we are always watching!!!!!!!! We are always listening!!!!!!! Wew are always available and ready!!!!!!!
Patrick's Idea:
I am a little boy and yesterday while my mother and I were picking berries I saw something amazing. We were scared at first when we saw the Danes attacking. We ran through all the bushes not caring about the trees tearing our skin. We stopped running and rested in a scrub. Then we heard the footsteps of more horses. We thought we were dead but just then Mt Allberg opened up and lots of brave soldiers dressed in gold armour came riding out of the mountain. They killed all the Danes and returned to the mountain. Were these knights on horseback the supernatural force that Shane spoke about in his presentation on good and evil????? My mother told me never to forget what I had seen.
Mary's Idea:
One day I was visiting Mount Alleberg in Sweden. It was a lovely sunny day, and I was admiring the lovely country. I was watching the birds flying in the sky and I was looking at the frogs in the water. Then I heard a terrible noise. I got an awful fright. The next thing I saw was the Danish army, Some on horseback with bows and arrows. then from the other side I saw the Swedish army. I ran as fast as I could into a dense shurb. It felt like my heart was beating a million times a minute. Then I heard an awful rumbling and deafening sound, I thought the earth was going to split wide open. I looked up at Mt. Alleberg, And suddenly the mountain opened up. Out came Giant Golden Knights. I never saw anything like it in my life. The Golden Knights defeated the Danes and rodeback into the mountain. I`ll never forget that day when I saw the Golden Knights.
Very good layout. very constant with four items underpinning the eight scenes giving good sequencing and totality to the theme.
Should the storyteller present short, sharp, crisp narration of the event and get into the theme immediately or is there need for a preamble/introduction??
I am conscious that in this media, the sound files and the image/video rarthar than a large dependancy on oral activity is vital for a good result.
We are working on two ideas for the storytelling aspect:
Firstly we are examining it from an actual commentary of the events unfolding as they happen.
Secondly we are examining it from a narrative, in other words recalling and describing the event.

Scene 1:- What a lovely day we have here at the foot of Mount Alleberg,birdsong,sunlight and a happy mother and son collecting the fruits of the forest.
Scene 2:- Is that a hoof sound I hear?????????????? The mother has grabbed the boy and the basket. They have disappeared.
Scene 3:- They have hidden behind the bushes. Who are these people charging forward on their horses????????? What's going on??????
Scene 4:- It's a battle, a battle!!!!!!!!The horsemen are clad in red and white. They are attacking our Swedish soldiers.
Scene 5:- Can you hear me with the sound of screams, clash of swords,spears,shields and helmets? Four Swedish horses are down.
Scene 6:- The ground is trembling. I fear for our soldiers.They are being pushed backwards with each Danish charge. Where is our leader?????????
Scene 7:- Is it the end of the world??? Mount Alleberg is splitting wide open.Massive horsemen are rushing outwards and attacking the Danes.Their lances, swords, are bigger than I have ever seen before.The Danes are dropping like flies,some are fleeing and begging for mercy.
Scene 8:- Silence descends. It's unbelievable!!!The horsemen are returning to the mountain.It is silently closing!!!!! I must go down there. NO,NO,NO,NO,NO!!!!!!!! Something tells me NOT to. I must find the mother and son.

SCRIPTS for Knights of Mount Alleberg.
Narration Clip 1 "The Setting"
It happened many, many years ago. A mother and her daughter strolled in the lush Swedish countryside.Suddenly a NOISE!!!!!!. They scurried for cover. They watched and waited. What a sight to see----------------the Red and White clad invaders.
Narration Clip 2 "The Attack"
In dismay they saw the Danes organise for battle. In the distance they saw the Swedish army on patrol.Suddenly and without warning the Swedish soldiers were ambushed.
Narration Clip 3 "The Pitched Battle"
A pitched battle ensued. In a short time the Swedish army was over run, beaten, humiliated and forced to surrender. What a DISASTER!!!!!! All seemed lost. Just then from nearby Mount Alleberg there came a strange commotion.
Narration Clip 4 "The Glorious Victory".
Led by a towering knight on horseback, tall, helmeted, white clad soldiers emerged from the mountain.They ferociously attacked the enemy. Rounding on the Danes they vented their fury, routed them and drove them without mercy from the homeland.Satisfied with a job well done these intrepid defenders melted back once more into their supernatural home. Next time you pass Alleberg take a long, deep, thankful look at the mountain and its secret.
